Bowls and Plates
Plate is another kitchen basic must-have. One can even have a collection of different plate forms, designs, colours and sets. White coloured circular plate is the most preferred by almost all culinary experts for it brings out the foods’ colour and even fragrance, thus encouraging an appetite and delight.

Bowls also, come in different sizes and styles and are used mostly for soups and sauces. There are at least two sets of bowls required in a kitchen for easy mix and match for any type of occasion. Also, both plates and bowls can be used to beautify a table display, with the help of coloured napkin or tissues on them.

In buying plates or bowls, choose the Ceramic ones. This kind of plate is affordable and very practical. Fibre glass plates and bowls are next in line. Given the fact that this kind is durable in extreme heat, this can also reflect an elegant and luxurious table setting.
